Ingredients
- 3x cheese - we used a feta, blue and cheddar (any cheese you like)
- Filo pastry
- Chopped potatoes x4 (small)
- Chopped sweet potatoes x1 (small)
- Thinly sliced onion x2
- Fresh herbs
Method
- Cook potatoes in a pan until soft
- Add in fresh herbs, e.g. spinach, mint, chives, oregano, parsley
- When cooled add cheese
- Butter filo, adding the other ingredients and roll into a sausage.
- Bake until golden and serve.
