Ingredients
- Onion
- Garlic
- Tomato paste
- Mushrooms
- Soya Mince/Lamb Mince
- Spaghetti
- Fried Potatoes

Method
1.Fry onions and garlic, when done, add the mince and cook for 10 minutes. Add the mushrooms and when cooked, add the peppers.
2. Add the tomato paste and stir.
3. Cook the spaghetti, drain, and put on a tray.
4. Fry sliced potatoes until golden and cooked.
5. In a big pan, starting with the spaghetti, layer evenly with the mince mix. Lay the fried potatoes on top to finsh the layers.
6. Wrap the lid of the pot with a clean tea towel - and close the lid. Keep on a low heat for around 45 minutes.
7. For the last five minutes, turn the heat up on the stove - this gives the dish it golden crust - the Tadhig.
8. To serve - put a serving tray on top of the pot and flip!
