A classic raspberry jam from my mother’s recipe book. Made over decades for many a North Tyne Valley Church Fete; this deliciously sweet jam is all about the raspberry. Simple and delicious.

INGREDIENTS
Raspberries (47%), Sugar, Lemon Juice (Sulpher Dioxide)

Store in a cool dry place, refrigerate after opening, consume within 6 weeks of opening and by date shown.
