Unhomogenised milk is popular with shoppers looking for minimally processed foods. The milk is left in its natural state and will settle into a cream line when it stands still. Some customers like to use this cream line for their morning bowl of cereal, or you can give the bottle a shake before pouring to distribute the cream more evenly!
