Join Just Let Your Soul Grow CIC and Sunshine Co-operative for a relaxed afternoon of cooking, learning, and conversation. On the 22nd September from 1pm-3pm, we'll be bringing you a cooking class with Just Let Your Soul Grow in our Sun Room at Sunshine Corner.

Discover how to make easy, affordable flatbreads and hummus, flavoured with fresh herbs grown at Just Let Your Soul Grow Community Garden. You'll learn about herbs that are easy to grow at home and how to create tasy, budget-friendly meals using everyday cupboard ingredients.

This is also a great opportunity to chat with the Just Let Your Soul Grow team about growing herbs from seed and find out how our Seed Library can provide a cost effective way to kick start your growning journey at home. Whether you have a garden, a yard, a balcony or just a windowsill. We'll share tips to help you get started.

As well as taking part in the cooking workshop, you'll be invited to join a community conversation on about future cooking demonstrations and workshops. We'd love to hear your ideas, interests and suggestions to help shape future community food and growing activities.
