There's a little project that's been brewing in the background. Sunshine Kombucha is a collaboration between ourselves and John Knox.

This is created and packaged in Sunshine, in Sunny Sunniside, in Sunderland. It's propa authentic stuff, made right, in small batches, no shortcuts just high quality ingredients, no additives or unnecceassry stuff.

Most importantly, it's made with Love 💛 Through community involvement, this collaboration aims to provide new skills and work experience.

Serve best chilled, or over ice as an alternative to an alcoholic beverage.
