Fluffy and light, this long grained rice is named after the tropical basmati blossom of South East Asia.
To cook, rinse the rice thoroughly until the water runs clear. Put the rinsed rice in a large bowl, add cold water, and let it soak for 30 minutes to 24 hours. Next, add water and a pinch of salt to a large pot with a tight-fitting lid, pour in the pre-soaked rice, and bring the water to a boil.
We use eco-friendly compostable packaging.
