A round compact cabbage with a mild flavour. Shred or finely chop and add raw to salads for a nice crunchy texture. Saute  or add to stir fry's. Try making sauerkraut too!

We don’t believe in discriminating against misshapen carrots or imperfect potatoes and in fact, love them for their flaws. A less than round apple is still as tasty as their perfectly formed cousins.
