Rising Loaf: The Art of Making Focaccia 🍞☀️

This hands-on workshop is all about slow dough, simple ingredients and sharing good food together. You’ll learn how to make your own light and fluffy focaccia from scratch, experiment with toppings and take home tips for baking it yourself at home.

Rising Loaf is our National Lottery Community Fund supported project exploring food traditions, baking and community through bread-making sessions and shared experiences.
