These boxes will include a larger quantity of your staple items (potatoes, carrots & onions) and will have less variety than a regular veg box, meaning you will have a bit more of an idea what to expect each week when ordering!
(Subscriptions can be paused when you're on holiday or for any other reason) or buy as a one-off.
Our fantastically fresh Veg boxes are comprised of seasonal produce from a selection of growers.
The contents of our boxes will vary from week to week. Potatoes, carrots and onions will be staples throughout the year, although we can’t guarantee there will be all three each week. There will be more root vegetables and brassicas during the winter months and more salads and greens during the summertime.
If there’s something you don’t want in your box, leave us a message (or leave a comment in delivery notes). Where possible we will exchange it for something else, but we can’t guarantee what that something else will be. With the nature of this box, we can only accommodate one swap.

Medium: approx. 5 varieties for 2-3 people
Large: approx 6-7 varieties for 3-4 people
Extra Large: Approx 8-9 varieties for 4-5 people
Leave the previous week's box out and we will pick up on delivery day. This way we cut down on waste as the boxes can be reused.
* Like us, not all fruit or vegetables are perfectly formed. We don’t believe in discriminating against misshapen carrots or imperfect potatoes and in fact, love them for their flaws. A less than round apple is still as tasty as their perfectly formed cousins. Unless your produce is clearly defective, please accept them as Nature intended.

Please note - these are separate from Sunshine Co-operative's veg boxes as these boxes are non-organic. Sunrise boxes will be available for pick-up from Sunrise on Villette Road or can be delivered on a Thursday. Only Sunrise boxes will be available at Villette Road unless specified when ordering.
